"MV Phoenix" is predominantly a live-a-board dive boat with limited fishing facilities although her crew thoroughly enjoy helping out with the limited amount of fishing they do on their normally busy diving schedule.

MV Phoenix has 4 x 4 berth cabins ( bunk beds) and 4 twin bed double cabins, all air conditioned, and is advertised on this "fishing site" as she is ideal for larger parties wishing to fish, dive and generally explore and enjoy the wonders of the Andaman Sea for periods of 1 to 7 days.

Phoenix only carries a limited amount of fishing gear to suit her two rod holders although we have in the past trolled 4 lines quite successfully so it is recommended keen fishing parties bring their own gear or advise us of their "fishing' requirements in advance.

The Vessel is a 26 x 6 Meter 2 deck, large, timber built, custom built dive boat which acts as a "mother ship" and accommodation vessel for the press and organizers of our local IGFA and RBFC fishing competitions.

She has a bar (not if you are diving the next day) CCTV / sound system and all the safety equipment such as radar, radio, sat/nav. and satellite telephone. There are even 2 sea canoes for the more active adventurers.

All meals and soft drinks are inclusive in the price and the food on Phoenix is second to none, alcohol is up to the client or can be ordered separately in advance.

The large dive station at the stern of the boat is shaded and a great place to sit and have a beer while watching your trolling lines trail in the wake where the sunsets and sunrises can be spectacular.
